Rosas Italian restaurant was established in 1962 in Visalia. Carmine Cristallo and his sisters came to America from bonito, Italy the region of Campagna. The sauces and pasta prepared at Rosas are indicative of the area where they grew up. Today the Cristallo family continues the home-style cooking tradition, come enjoy a wide variety of pasta, steak, seafood, and homemade desserts. Thank you from the Cristallo family.
